[REG] Active QDockWidget does not stay on top of inactive QDockWidget - Mac OS X Cocoa

    Description

      When having more than one dockwidget in an application and un-docking them both - then the most recent undocked window will always stay on top of the other dockwindow.
      It is expected that the active dockwindow should always stay on top.

      This is a regression from Qt 4.6.3 and refers to Cocoa only. Can be reproduced using the dockwidgets example that ships with Qt.
