[Reg 6.6 -> 6.7] Bogus cyclic dependency warnings between singletons

      See attached application. I get:

      qt.qml.typeresolution.cycle: Cyclic dependency detected between "qrc:/cyclic/Variable.qml" and "qrc:/cyclic/ScaleConstraint.qml"

      The singletons definitely don't depend on each other.

      This is new in current dev. It doesn't happen with 6.6.
