Widget with Qt::Tool and Qt::WA_MacAlwaysShowToolWindow flags on macOS gets wrong window ordering after switching back fullscreen application

      On macOS, if you have a widget with Qt::Tool window flag and attribute Qt::WA_MacAlwaysShowToolWindow, and you switch to a fullscreen application and then back, the tool window will go behind the main window. It should stay in front.

      I have attached a very simple application that demonstrates this.
