Changing a text element can cause re-upload of entire scene

When using the new curve renderer I see constant stutters. I have tried to make them visible with some tools like rivatuner statistics server. Please watch the video below for explanation. I combined 2 videos into 1, in the second half of the video I show Vulkan compared to D3D11

I am running on a 240hz monitor, but these dips should be visible on 120hz screens as well
