Passing URL query arguments as QApplication arguments

      It would be nice to pass query arguments from the URL (indicated with ? and separated by &) to the QApplication object. The default qtloader.js doesn't pass them, but with a simple modification (see attached patch) it does and they are accessible from QApplication::arguments().
