Implement runtime symbols resolve for ffmpeg deps when ffmpeg is dynamic

On Linux and Android we resolve openssl symbols in runtime (and vaapi on linux), when the statically linked ffmpeg has these dependencies.

If we go with dynamic symbols resolve, we should change the approach to address the explicit dependency ffmpeg.so on openssl and vaapi.

Most likely, we should patch the ffmpeg lib.
