    Description

It seems as though QT Combo box widget does not provide any spoken feedback when arrowing through the values with VOiceOver screen reader.

This can be observed even inside QT's own installer, specifically in the "custom" installation screen.

I first observed it in the installer from the GPT4All project, but then, as I mentioned, inside the QT's installer as well. This lead me to believe that the issue is specific to the combo box widget.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Start Mac OS's VoiceOVer screen reader (Command+F5 or via Siri).
      2. Download and start QT installer, proceed to the "custom" installation screen.
      3. Tab to the combo box that allows searching for components, type a few letters, then arrow up and down.
      4. Observe the result.

      Expected results:

VoiceOver should read matches if such found.

      Observed results:

      VoiceOver does not speak anything.
