[VKB] Cannot input Chinese characters on QNX

See attached project. The customer had to first export QT_VIRTUALKEYBOARD_FORCE_EVENTS_WITHOUT_FOCUS=true, otherwise the virtual keyboard doesn't appear.

Expected outcomes
When selecting Simplified Chinese as the input language, entering letters will cause an "accessory bar" to appear above the keyboard, allowing the user to select Chinese characters that phonetically match the entered letters

Actual outcomes
English input works as expected.

However, when selecting Simplified Chinese as the input language, the "accessory bar" does not appear and the user is unable to input Chinese characters. (See attached video)
