Add date/time property to QML Notification class

This suggestion is to add a date/time property to Notification, denoting the exact system time that the Notification was generated.

Additionally another property to track when the Notification was last updated could also be added.

This extends to modifications to NotificationManager and NotificationModel to handle the added property(s).
