Large size cursor overlaps tooltips on linux

Users that have large mouse pointers configured in their settings can not see tooltips, as they are obscured by the pointer on Linux.

This issue most probably got fixed on Windows and macOS:

      https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/280424

      Steps to reproduce the issue:

      1. Change the cursor size to larger by going to Settings --> Accessibility --> Cursor Size.
      1. Open QtCreator and type tooltips in the example field. Then, select the tooltips example ((src\qtbase\examples\widgets\widgets\tooltips).
      1. Run the example.
      1. Place the mouse over any component, and you will notice that the cursor hides the text description of the component.
