cmake: investigate target to generate qmldir, qmltypes, qrc files

Investigate if CMake already has a target that generates qmldir, qmltypes and qrc files (all the files needed for qmlls to provide linting warnings and good autocompletion). Running this target should be faster than compiling all of the project.
