qmlls: trigger qrc, qmldir, qmltypes generation when project was never built

Automatically trigger the CMake target generating qrc, qmldir and qmltypes files when the opened project was never built.

The build folder is known by qmlls, it should be possible to find cmake and run it in that build folder.
