Cannont install Android 6.7.0 (snpashot from dev) toolchain using installer

    Description

      Steps:

      1. Run the qt installer with '--staging-commercial' parameter, so that latest dev snapshot is available. 
      2. Select Android from mentioned version.
      3. Install it.

      Actual: Getting installation error - see attached screenshot.

      NOTE: It works fine on MacOS.
