Description:

When running the Qt widget "spectrum" in "Play generated tone" mode, an error occurs with the message "UnderrunError: Audio data is not being fed to the audio device at a fast enough rate." After encountering this error, clicking the error dialogue box results in the application closing unexpectedly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build and Run the Spectrum Example
2. Set the mode to "Play generated tone" then press "OK".
3. Click Play button
4. An error dialogue box appears depicting issues while playing tone.

Additional Information:

This problem is only reproducible on Windows platform.
