Translations for Qt should be deployed along with Qt on Symbian phones

    Description

      Currently the Qt.sis package produced inside src/s60installs contains no translations. Making sure that they get included consists of two steps:

      1. Making sure that the translations folder is compiled. This already happens on Linux, but apparently not on Windows. This will produce .qm files that are compiled translations.
      2. Adding the translated files as deployment targets in src/s60installs/s60installs.pro.
