Description
if you open up a modal dialog in the QItemDelegate::editorEvent function you will get a crash on Mac.
Please use the attached example to reproduce.
steps:
1) Run The sample application
2) Click on the table item labled "Click Here"
3) Again Click on the tableitem labled "Again click here"
--> A file open doalog will open
4) Click "Cancel" button on file open dialog
------> CRASH
