[Boot2Qt][Wayland] Display issues when using OpenGL in QWindow based application

Linux Ubuntu 22.04 
Qt Creator 12.0.0
Device: Raspberry Pi4 64 bit 
Qt ver.: (Qt 6.7.0 / 2023-11-13 / sha1: eadc7461ca268e97d9cec885cee9c5a59cc365f8)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open OpenGL example - https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtopengl-openglwindow-example.html
2. Run it on Raspberry Pi 4 64bit using the Wayland platform

Expected: No visual issues. The multicolor triangle rotates on the black background.{}

Actual: The background becomes transparent and changes its state when the mouse hovers over it. The triangle leaves some artifacts on the screen. See the attached video for more details. 

Reproducibility:  100%

NOTE: No issues when running the app on EGLFS platform
