    Description

      Host: Linux Ubuntu 22.04
      Qt Creator 12.0.0
      Device: Raspberry Pi4 64 bit
      Qt ver.: (Qt 6.7.0 / 2023-11-13 / sha1: eadc7461ca268e97d9cec885cee9c5a59cc365f8)

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open the example - https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtquick-quickwidgets-qquickwidgetversuswindow-opengl-example.html
      2. Run it on Raspberry Pi 4 64bit using Wayland platform connected to monitor (mine: 2560x1440)
      3. Select QQuickView in a window container (direct)
      4. Maximize the window

      Expected: The window is maximized

      Actual: The display is turned off. The app cannot be run again (only reboot help).

      [3237830.111] wl_pointer@29.frame()
      The Wayland connection broke. Did the Wayland compositor die?

      Reproducibility:  100%

      NOTE: It didn't happen to me when running the app on lower resolution display (https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/7inch_HDMI_LCD_(C) )
