Add API to QFontInfo to get variable axis info

    Description

      With the current state of the variable axis API, you have to know which axes are supported by the font and the values they expect. It would be convenient to have a corresponding API in QFontInfo which allows you to fetch the information about variables axes (with current values, min, max, default and tag) for a given resolved font.
