Remove warning message for unsupported texture target in release builds

qtbase/src/opengl/qopengltextureblitter.cpp line 263 gives a warning for unsupported texture target. On Linux and OSX, this is output to the cmd line if the app uses QOpenGLTextureBlitter.

This warning is annoying and should be allowed in debug builds only, not release.
