Let Qt Quick Item ignore mouse events

Some customers would like a way to configure input events received by an Item.

For instance if the Item is located behind a disabled component (which is not in same branch as the Item), there should be a way let the Item ignore the mouse events. (Other than having to place a MouseArea that blocks the events in between)
