Add API to facilitate DPR-adjusted image loading

      When loading images of inherently scalable (vector graphics) formats like svg for display, one wants to have them loaded (rendered) in the best resolution for the screen. The current API in QImage, QImageReader and widgets do not provide any direct facilitation of this in the case of DPR>1.
