Failure to record video using declarative-camera example

Compiling the declarative-camera example, then running it on a Moto G Power (2021) Android device fails to record video (the UI immediately switches from the record mode, where the Stop button is visible, back to the ready mode, showing Record and View buttons). The text given below appears in the application output tab of the Qt Creator.

Environment:

• Eclipse Adoptium jdk-17.0.9.9-hotspot
