API to disable OpenGL support in Wayland Compostior

There's no action on QTBUG-115063 for a long time and I'm getting a bunch of other EGL-related crash reports which I can't report to Qt because Qt reporting rules require minimal reproducible example but I can't create it because I have no idea how these crashes happen, I'm just getting reports via breakpad (and apparently the crashes are triggered by the EGL usage of the system webkitgtk library in the Wayland client so it's not possible to trigger with just code using Qt and a little amount of code in general). So I'm requesting an option to disable OpenGL so I can workaround those bugs. webkitgtk doesn't seem to provide API to fully disable OpenGL usage either but it works when I just don't install QWaylandEglClientBufferIntegrationPlugin, sadly I can't always control the Qt installation.
