Description
If a QChartView is within a QScrollView, attempting to scroll the QScrollView via touchscreen will not work if the touches are on QChartView.
See attached project for a reproducing example, if the touches are on the QLabels then the scroll happens with no issue, but if the touches are on any of the QChartViews then nothing happens.
May be related to QTBUG-77403
