[REG 6.5.4 - > 6.5.6] Video Graphics Item Example : Video Rendering Issue on Android Platform

Description:

The video component fails to render on the Android platform using Qt Version 6.5.4. However, upon rotating the window pane using the slider below, a black rectangle intermittently appears in the designated video area.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build and run the Video Graphics Item Example on the Android platform. 
2. open a video and play.
3. observe that no video is rendered and try rotating the video pane using the slider below.

Expected Behavior: The video content should be rendered consistently within the designated video area.

Actual Behavior: The video fails to display. However, after rotating the window pane with the provided slider, a black rectangle intermittently becomes visible within the designated area.
