No Bluetooth devices can be found on Android 14

One can deploy Bluetooth Low Energy Scanner example to Android 14 device and try to scan. No devices can be found whatsoever. The same example is also tested on Android 11 device, and it runs properly. See the attached screenshot. The same example is deployed to both Android 11 (right) and 14 (left) emulators. Android 14 emulator finds nothing.

Update: example works perfectly on Android 13 (Pixel Tablet). So it's an Android 14 exclusive issue. I know Android 14 is not yet supported. But better solve it for 6.7.x.
