Android: tst_QWidget::testWindowIconChangeEventPropagation() gets stuck

      When using TextureView, this test gets stuck with the TextureView never creating its Surface. The problematic TextureView is for the dialog, which is a child of the topLevelWidget - once dialog.show() is called, the test case hangs.

       

      Figure out why, and unskip the test.
