qmlls: lsp formatting is missing formatting options

    Description

      Formatting implemented for QML Language Server currently only works with default options. We should add the configuration option to qmlls:qqmlformatting and rangeFormatting module to customize formatting output.

      This is one of the missing bit for QtC integration.
