[Reg 6.6.0>6.6.1] Systematic announcement of selected item in combobox

In Qt 6.6.0, QTBUG-93763 was fixed. But, the issue is back again in Qt 6.6.1.

Steps to reproduce, actual and expected behaviour are the same as described in QTBUG-93763.

• Create a dialog with a tabwidget, make a tab without combobox, and another with a combobox
• When you switch to the tab containing combobox, make CPP code to complete the combobox with items.
Now start navigating the dialog with a screenreader, when we switch tab, screenreader announce item selected in combobox, and name of selected tab can't be announce"
