Qt 6.7 HTTP and REST class change documentation improvements

      Qt 6.7 will have new classes and functions:

      • QHttpHeaders [new class]
      • QRestAccessManager [new class, tech preview]
      • QRestReply [new class, tech preview]
      • New std::chrono functions for QNetworkAccessManager
      • New std::chrono functions for QNetworkRequest

      This task is about improving the documentation on these changes. The core functionality itself has been merged.
