DFEATURE_libjpeg CMake option not working

    Description

      According to the configure <-> CMake mapping the option 

      -libjpeg

      is represented as

      -DFEATURE_libjpeg=

      within CMake. This option however does not work. Setting it OFF has no effect.

       

      The only currently working option is

      -DINPUT_libjpeg=no
