Windows: Resizing of QtQuick window is flickering heavily around right and bottom edges

    Description

      When I run official "ToDoList" example (take this just as an example, similar problem is in all QtQuick/QML apps) bundled in Qt SDK on Windows and I try to resize its window, I get really unpleasant flickering around right and bottom edges. Also the buttons which are expected to be kept at the right bottom corner are visibly jumping around. See the attached video. This is really ugly effect which may kill he user experience of any professional-grade software.
