QFileInfo::lastModified sometimes returns wrong timestamp on Windows

      QFileInfo::lastModified sometimes returns wrong timestamp because of a bug in the Win API.
      There seems to be a problem with GetFileAttributes and Qt should work around this.

      See attached test program.
      Just call it with a filename as argument.
