Add the ability to get all QHttpServerRouterRule's defined in the server

    Description

      Add the ability to the QHttpServerRouter to retrieve all added rules. With an ability like it would be possible to create automatic documentation pages for the server (something similar to sphinx or swagger-ui).

      Optionaly the QHttpServerRouterRule could also extended with the ability to contain a documentation String that could be used within an auto generated rest api documenation.
