Cannot install in Windows Sandbox: SSL Handshake failed

    Description

      Steps

      1. Start Windows Sandbox in Windows 11
      2. Download and start Qt Installer
      3. Proceed with installation

      Expected

      Works just like on my host computer

      Actual

      Fails to download some file:

      Network error while downloading 'https://qt.mirror.constant.com/online/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/android/
qt6_624_x86_64/2022-03-14-1203_meta.7z': SSL handshake failed.

       

      Notes

      I made multiple attempts in host and sandbox. It fails every time in Sandbox but never in host.

      I recreated Sandbox many times.

      The file in question also downloads just fine with Edge browser inside Sandbox.
