    Description

      It seems to be a result of https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/476967 : if you are scrolling vigorously with a non-clicky mouse wheel, so that it gets into overshoot, it overshoots much farther and takes longer to come back into bounds, compared to 6.5 or 5.15.
