Scrolling not working properly

In the Qt Quick Demo - RSS News example, scrolling upwards does not work properly. When scrolling downwards nothing unexpected happens, but if you begin to scroll upwards it will sometimes skip a lot of content resulting in a jump. This jump can be distracting.

Expected behavior:

When scrolling upwards, the content should not jump and disrupt your reading.
