Address Book example - The name field appear as editable but is not

Description:

The name field appear as editable, but it is in fact not.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the address book example
2. Click on 'Add' and create a new contact named 'A'
3. Select the newly created contact
4. Go into Tools->Edit Entry... and click on the description to modify it.
5. Then click on the name (it cannot be selected, but appears as if it could be modified as well)

Expected behavior:

It should be possible to edit the name as well OR the name should be grayed out, to signify that it cannot be edited.
Observed behavior:

The name appears modifiable, but cannot be.
