Update FA Qt Product Appendix to Qt Online and Offline installers

FA 5.0 will replace LA 4.4.1 in 3Q 2023.

Installers will need to be able to present the correct Product Appendix version.

This may or may not mean changes in the headers, too.

What combo of License Agreements to show?
if Product in (EDU) show EDU EULA (QTPMO-1816)

elseIf Product Family in (QA Tools) show FA, QA Tools Appendix and Support Appendix

//it is Axivion:
elseIf Product Family in (Axivion) shot FA, Axi Appendix and Support Appendix

// It must be DC, AD or DS as it is none of the above (fall back):
else show FA, Qt Dv Fw Appendix and Support Appendix;

Schedule
New FA goes live 1st Feb 2024, so this must be in installers on next maintenance releases after that.
