      API Review:

      • Should this be a positionalBindingEnabled property? Would make also the documentation more concise
      • Rename to isPositionalBindingEnabled(), setPositionalBindingEnabled()
      • Document default (true?)
      • Interlink with other methods related to positional bindings, class overview documentation.
      • Replace Postgres in documentaiton with PostgreSQL (official name)
