Case Virtual Keyboard Shift Key Disabled

      It is C++ QWidget application using the Qt Virtual Keyboard.

      The virtual keyboard works correctly with the edit field except the Shift key is always disabled.

      Steps to reproduce the issue:

      1)Build and run the attached example

      2)Click on open Keyboard button you will notice that the shift key is always disabled
