Text spacing changes between 5.15.10 and 5.15.16 versions

There are some spacing issues between some letters when comparing the text between the 5.15.10 version and the 5.15.16 version.

As seeing in the pictures attached to this report, the spacing in the 5.15.16 version between "n" and "p" is slightly different and odd compared to the spacing in the 5.15.10 version.

To reproduce the issue, you can run "Standard Dialogs" Qt example using MSVC2019 compiler.
