REG->6.7: Windows11/Vista palette issues (bright)

    Description

      Qt Designer currently looks weird in 6.7. The form background is too dark and the property editor class names, too.

      For the Vista style, the palette should not change. For WIndows11, it seems at least the Window color is off.
