Kitchensink manual test - the cached device pixel ratio was stale on window expose

In the Kitchensink manual test, the following message is being outputted: "The cached device pixel ratio value was stale on window expose. Please file a QTBUG which explains how to reproduce.".

Steps to reproduce:

1. Move the slider that corresponds to the display in which the application window is currently in. If you have two displays, and the application window is in the left display, modify the slider that corresponds with the left display.
2. Move the application window. Notice that the message above is being printed in the terminal. Also notice that the size of elements inside the application window has changed accordingly to the modified slider value.

Observed behavior:

The message described above is printed to the terminal, and the size of the elements in the application window is changed. The terminal message and changed size can only be seen after moving the application window.
