Research about more modern Windows packaging support

At the moment, windeployqt only supports creation of folders which can be used for creation of Windows installers via 3rd party tools or cmake's deployment functionality.

Now and then there are user questions, if/how we support other packaging options for Windows.

The two main areas of interest are:

1. Packaging of an application to get it into Microsoft Store
2. Creation of msix packages

Right now it is rather unclear, how much interest there is and where this functionality needs to be added (windeployqt, cmake deployment functionality, both?)
