Qimagereader manual test - Image file is missing

Description:

The image supposed to be displayed in this manual test is missing.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Try to run the Qimagereader manual test
2. There should be error messages in the terminal indicated that the file couldn't be read.

Expected behavior:

The manual test should be running without issues.
Observed behavior:

The manual test does not work, as no image is displayed

Special notes:

The image file should be included in the manual test file as i understand it.*
