Finish work on Qt/.Net

While a lot of work was done for Qt/.Net a fundamental part is still missing.

Right now the interface descriptions have to be written manually in order to interop between managed and native code. Depending on the interface that can mean a lot of work. A helper tool which reads the interfaces and created the boilerplate code would help a lot and make Qt/.Net much more useful and user friendly.

This new tool needs documentation and testing.

There might be other documentation needs for the "module" as well.
