ListView double creates the first section item

The ListView element creates two copies of the first section item. Usually this isn't seen as they are both opaque, and placed on top of each other at (0,0). When a header component is supplied it often becomes more obvious. The attached example includes non-opaque section headers, so the effect is apparent.
