Specify different paths for debug and release pdb files

When building statically with -Zi defined, then the pdb files have the path src/corelib/vc70.pdb, both for debug and release builds. So if doing both a static debug and a static release build in the same source tree, then one of these two files will overwrite the other. The debug and release pdb files should have different paths.
